Errol has over 20 years professional coaching experience, youth inclusion and community work. He has a thorough knowledge of football and its practices and tactics.

Errol is a strong team player with the ability to establish communication and coordination among all team members. His ability to adjust in diverse environments and work well in pressure situations is one of his strengths. Excellent managerial and organizational skills along with brilliant planning, analyzing and decision making abilities.

11 years working abroad planning and delivering sports programmes to foreign students.
17 years professional coaching experience at Chelsea Football Club.
15 years youth inclusion work experience.

Sanchia has been in and around the football environment for over 19 years; she has gained a wealth of experience playing at all levels including her time at Fulham Ladies as a professional.

Sanchia has a passion to help develop young people’s confidence, social skills and attainments; she achieves this through her coaching and vast knowledge of football.

Having a great understanding of the area Sanchia has the ability to work with the diversity within the community, she is a strong leader and a fantastic team player, she has the aptitude to bring the best out of people.

James King

JAMES KING

Bio

James has been a professional football coach working as a community coach in schools, football clubs, social inclusion programmes and drop-in sessions for the past 7 years.

James is a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who has extensive knowledge of working and developing young players in all areas of their game. He is a fast learner and adapts to new environments with ease, making him a fantastic team player.

James is a positive individual who always looks for the solution rather than dwelling on a problem. This forward thinking has been put to good use working with young people of all ages and from many different backgrounds in planning and organising effective and appropriate sessions.

Work Experience

7 years coaching experience.
6 years non-league playing experience.
4 years working with the Guy Mascolo Football Charity.
2 years lead teams to the London FA Cup last 4.

Darren McKoy

Bio

Darren is a fantastic member of the team, bringing enthusiasm and energy to everything he is involved in. He brings experience of working in education with hard to reach young people as well years of experience playing and volunteering in football.

Darren has great leadership skills and has kept spirits high within the u14’s since taking in what could have been a difficult transition season.

A local lad, Darren has been invaluable working on our Positive Lifestyles project with all age groups encouraging young people to develop their all-round life skills as well as footballing ability.

Harley Forder Hogg

Ladies Assistant Coach

Bio

Harley joined GMFC as an Administrator, but with her outgoing personality ,quickly took to coaching the Girls Development group. She passed her Level 1 and Youth Module 1 , gaining more qualifications than some of her male counterparts. Harley has grown into one of the clubs finest coaches , supporting Sanchia grow the Girls and Ladies football, even coaching our boys Goal Getter under 14’s in the Vitality Cup at the Emirates Stadium, where they reached the semi-finals.

Adam Thornton

Bio

I am passionate about helping young people within  the local community. Offering them better pathways through the influence of football.

I have had over 25 years coaching experience covering children and adults of various needs and abilities including those with special needs, working for Coever Coaching and  coaching at Fulham FC as well as scouting for them.
